Major Contents: It is provided in the Regulations that exploitation of gold mine must be checked and approved by National Development and Reform Commission, and gold mine may be exploited after having received the instrument of ratification issued by National Development and Reform Commission. The materials which shall be submitted by applicators of exploiting of gold mine are also stipulated in the Regulations. |
