Major Contents: The scope for application of the Regulations is stipulated in the Regulations. With regard to safety in navigation and anti-pollution, it is provided in the Regulations that marital institutions engaging in management shall conduct supervision to safety in navigation and anti-pollution. Concerning management to vessels, a managing system certifying the safety of vessels, safety in navigation and anti-pollution shall be established. Abolished: 1981 |
