Major Contents: The Regulations stipulate Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China is in charge of the investigation to the damage of protective measures industry. With regard to the identification to damage, the Regulations make provisions on the factors which should be considered when serious damages or serious threaten of damage to domestic industries caused by the increase of quantity of imported products are determined.
