Major Contents: The Regulations stipulate Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China is in charge of the investigation to the damage of anti-subsidy industry. With regard to the identification to damage, the Regulations make a provision on the items which should be checked when the damage of domestic industries caused by subsidies is determined. The Regulations also make stipulations on the conditions of evaluation through accumulation.
