Major Contents: The Interim Regulations make a provision on the definition of the intermediary organs of Sino-foreign joint venture talents. The Interim Regulations also stipulate foreign-owned intermediary organs may not be set up. With regard to establishment and registration, the Interim Regulations make provisions on the conditions possessed by applying for setting up the intermediary organs of Sino-foreign joint venture talents. With the scope of business and management, the Interim Regulations make a stipulation on the scope of business for the intermediary organs of Sino-foreign joint ventures. |
