Major contents：The Measures make a provision on the definition of sit appraisal. Simultaneously, the Measures stipulate site appraisals shall be carried out by appraising groups of experts organized by the organs of seed organization. The Measures also make provision on the situation of a challenge system. The Measures still make a stipulation on the factors which shall be fully considered by appraising groups of experts when they undergo appraisals. |
