Major contents：The Measures make a provision on the definition of injuries and death personnel of illegal employing units. The Measures also stipulate appraisal fee for labour capability shall be paid by the units which the injuries and death worker and staff and child labour belong to. The Measures still make a provision on the standard of payment for lump-sum compensation. |
