Law of the People’s Republic of China on Partnership Enterprise
Title: Law of the People’s Republic of China on Partnership Enterprise Promulgating Organ: The Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Date of Promulgation: August 27, 2006 Date of Implementation: June 1, 2007 Applicable Scope: Partnership Enterprise. Major Contents: The Law states the definition of partnership enterprise. The Law also regulates that the agreement for partnership shall be formulated in written through the consensus by all partnership concerned. The Law still stipulates that partnership enterprises and their legal property , rights and interests shall be protected by law. With regard to the property belonging to a partnership enterprise, the Law regulates the definition of the property of a partnership enterprise. |
