Title: Regulations on Management to the Organization of Public Security Organs Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: November 13, 2006 Date of Implementation: January 1, 2007 Applicable Scope: The organization of Public Security Organs. Major Contents: The Regulations state that the public security organ under local people’s governments above county level shall be leaded by the people’s government of its same level and is responsible for the public security work of the administrative region. Concerning the establishment of a public security organ, the Regulations regulate that the public security organ under the people’s government above county level shall be established in accordance with the limit of authority and the procedures provided by regulations of laws and administrative regulations. |
