Major Contents: The Regulations state the scope for their application. In respect to assessment to environmental affluence, the Regulations regulate the State exercises a assessing system for the environmental affluence of marine projects. Concerning prevention and cure in the pollution caused by marine projects, the Regulations state facilities for protecting environment shall be checked and accepted by stages. The Regulations also stipulate that the fee for pollution discharge shall be paid to assigned banks for dischargers. |
