Regulations on Scenic Spots and Historical Sites
Title: Regulations on Scenic Spots and Historical Sites Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: September 19, 2006 Date of Implementation: December 1, 2006 Applicable Scope: Scenic Spots and Historical Sites. Major Contents: The scope for application of these Regulations is stipulated. The principals for the protection of scenic spots and historical sites are also provided. It is provided that the competent department of construction under the State Council shall be responsible for the work of supervision to national scenic spots and historical sites. In respect to plan, it is stipulated that the plan in regions of scenic spots and historical sites is divided into the general plan and the detailed plan, and a plan for the scenic spots and historical sites at provincial level shall be made by the people’s government at county level. |
