Regulations on Dispatching the Water Yield of Yellow River
Title: Regulations on Dispatching the Water Yield of Yellow River Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: July 24, 2006 Date of Implementation: September 1, 2006 Applicable Scope: Dispatching the water yield of Yellow River. Major Contents: In these Regulations, the scope for application of these Regulations is provided. With regard to the distribution of the water yield, it is stipulated that the plan for the distribution in Yellow River shall be made up by Commission of Yellow River Conservancy with the ten People’s governments of the provinces and regions, and the plan shall be reported for approval to the State Council after being checked by the competent department of development and reform under the State Council, etc.. The principals for the distribution of yellow yield are also stipulated. Concerning Supervision, it is provided that local people’s governments above county level shall strengthen supervision to the state on dispatching the water yield within their administrative regions. |
