Title: Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Management to Surveying Results Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: May 27, 2006 Date of Implementation: September 1, 2006 Applicable Scope: Surveying Results. Major Contents: In these Regulations, the definition of survey result is stipulated. It is also provided that local people’s governments above county level shall be responsible for regulation and supervision to the work in surveying results within their administrative areas respectively. Concerning safekeeping, the scope for basic surveying results is stipulated. With regard to utilization, it is provided that social application in surveying results shall be improved. |
