Title: Regulations on Protection in the Propagation Right of Information Network Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: May 18, 2006 Date of Implementation: July 1, 2006 Applicable Scope: The Propagation Right of Information Network. Major Contents: In these Regulations, it is stipulated that the person enjoying right who has the right of propagation in information network shall be protected by Copyright Law and these Regulations. In these Regulations, it is also provided that the person enjoying right might adopt technical measures when the propagation rights of information network is needed for protection. |
