Title: Regulations on Safety Management in Civil Exploders Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: May 10, 2005 Date of Implementation: September 1, 2006 Applicable Scope: Civil exploders. Major Contents: In these Regulations, the definition of civil exploder is provided. It is also stipulated that the State shall establish the management system of information in civil exploders and practice identifier management to civil exploders in order to supervise the flow direction of civil exploders. With regard to production, the principals which shall be abided by setting up enterprises of civil exploders are stipulated. In these Regulations, selling and purchasing are also provided. |
