Title: Measures of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army on Implementing Law of the People’s Republic of China on Management to Medicine Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: December 9, 2004 Date of Implementation: January 1, 2005 Applicable Scope: Implementing Law of the People’s Republic of China on Management to Medicine by PLA. Major Contents: In the Measures, it is prescribed that the general logistics department of PLA and Ministry of Health shall be in charge of the work regarding management to supervision in medicine, and the administrative department engaging in supervision to medicine under the State Council shall implement their functions concerning supervision and management according to the provisions of these Measures. It is also stipulated that PLA shall practice the system concerning reserve for combat medicine. It is still prescribed that it is forbidden to advertise special needed medicine of PLA and the preparation compounded by military medical institutions. |
