Title: Regulations on Penalty and Punishment to Illegal Acts of Finance Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: November 30, 2004 Date of Implementation: February 1, 2005 Applicable Scope: Penalty and punishment to illegal acts of finance. Major Contents: In the Regulations, it is prescribed that financial departments of people’s governments above county level and auditing organs at the same level shall, within the limits of their functions and powers, make decisions concerning handling and punishment by law to illegal acts of finance. It is also stipulated that the State Council may adjust the scope of functions and powers of financial departments and their detached bodies, auditing organs and their detached bodies based on necessary. |
