Major Contents: It is prescribed in the Reply that the bonded areas in Qingdao, etc. are approved to develop united actions with experiment unit with near harbors. It is also stipulated that the business of processing trade is not allowed to be done within the Districts. It is still prescribed that the districts enjoy the relevant policies which enjoyed by bonded areas. |
