Title: Regulations on Petition Letter Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: January 10, 2005 Date of Implementation: May 1, 2005 Applicable Scope: Petition Letter. Major Contents: The definition of petition letter is prescribed in the Regulations. It is also stipulated that the working organs engaging in petition letter of people’s governments at or above county level are the administrative organs in charge of the work concerning petition letter of the people’s governments at the same level, and the obligations to be implemented by them are still stipulated in the Regulations. The scope concerning the items of petition letter is prescribed as well. |
