Regulations on Management to Charged Highways
Title: Regulations on Management to Charged Highways Promulgating Organ: The State Council Date of Promulgation: September 13, 2004 Date of Implementation: November 1, 2004 Applicable Scope: Charged highway. Major Contents: The definition of charged highways is prescribed in the Regulations. It is also stipulated that the highways constructed through the way of full investment by governments or contribution by social organizations or individuals may not be paid for tolls. It is still prescribed that the establishment of charging stations regarding charged highways shall be checked and approved. The technical grades and scales which shall be in line with by the construction of charged highways are stipulated in the Regulation as well. |
