Major Contents: The scope for the application of the Regulations is prescribed in the Regulations. It is also stipulated that supervisory bodies shall set up the system concerning information and secrecy. The obligations to be implemented by detached supervisory organs and supervisors are still prescribed in the Regulations. The circumstance regarding withdrawal by legal persons or other organizations is stipulated as well in the Regulations. |
