Major Contents: The scope for the application of these Regulations is prescribed in the Regulations. With regard to the obligations concerning supervision to labor guarantee, the obligations implemented by administrative departments in charge of labor guarantee are stipulated when they implement supervision to labor guarantee. The measures regarding investigation and check are still prescribed in the Regulations. |
