Major Contents: The definition of the pathogenic microorganism is prescribed in the Regulations. It is stipulated in the Regulations that the State practices a separate management for different types of pathogenic microorganisms, and implements a separate grade management to laboratories. Establishment and management to laboratories are also stipulated in the Regulations. |
