On the appraisal of environmental influence in planning, this law stipulates the organization of the implementation of appraisal towards environmental influence in the process of compilation of planning, compiling articles or description of the relevant environmental influence for the planning. On the appraisal of environmental influence of construction projects, this law stipulates the implementation of classified control on the environmental influence of construction projects, while also stipulating towards the compilation of appraisal documentation. This law also stipulates that the administrative competent authorities of the State Council will be responsible for the examination and approval for scope of appraisal on environmental influence. |
